I learnt this the hard way & I wish I knew this lesson when I was younger because I often found myself in a βrutβ because nothing was working but in reality itβs because I WASNT working.
My advice is to sit down, evaluate who you are, your emotions, whatβs not going right, and why?
Youβre surrounded around people who are not like you at all? Well, youβre properly portraying yourself a certain way & you attracted that crowd.
Start acting more like YOU, and youβll attract YOUR crowd

The question Iβm sure youβve all wondered.. FAT BURNERS.. and do they work?

One thing I would be proud of myself for that I wish I could tell my younger selfβ¦
Just because you donβt track your workout on your watch doesnβt mean it doesnβt count!!
Just because you donβt wear your watch on a walk doesnβt mean you need to go on ANOTHER walk to get those 10k steps. Just because the watch doesnβt say you burnt βxβ amount of calories DOESNT mean you need to keep going to hit your desired number.
I wish I could tell my younger self that itβs okay to not track every single food that goes into my mouth, to not track every single workout that I do, etc.
Enjoy your walk, enjoy your workout and letβs avoid becoming addicted to tracking.
