You can make anything look easy, but honestly this shit isn’t always what most people portray it to be.
You’re going to be tired
You’re going to lack motivation
You’re going to second guess
You’re going to think you’re not making progress
You’re going to think quitting is the better option
Everybody preaches positivity but realistically everybody even the “most positive” feel negative emotions, so feel the emotions but never stop. I promise you quitting isn’t the answer. You’re going to have to put in hard work, lose sleep, prioritize yourself over things you enjoy (drinking, going out, friends & other hobbies), practice mind over matter & discipline.
There is many days I wake up at 6am and want to go back to bed instead of going to the gym, look in the mirror and have body dysmorphia and don’t want to show my body, I think about saying fuck it to my healthy eating and just binge but you need to be disciplined enough that you’re able to push past these feelings and get your shit done.
It’s okay and normal to not be “perfect” or “positive” all the time, don’t let people fool you.

Hey Friends!
Forgiving is not easy. To some people it may come more natural than to others. Take your time, process what hurt you. It’s ok to feel angry, it’s ok to cry, it’s ok to allow yourself to feel deeply.
Just make sure you work on forgiving yourself first and forgiving others. Remember the only people capable of hurting us are the ones we care about the most.
According to @hopkinsmedicine the benefits to physical health of forgiveness are simply amazing. “Studies have found that the act of forgiveness can reap huge rewards for your health, lowering the risk of heart attack; improving cholesterol levels and sleep; and reducing pain, blood pressure, and levels of anxiety, depression and stress. Research points to an increase in the forgiveness-health connection as you age.”
