You can make anything look easy, but honestly this shit isn’t always what most people portray it to be.
You’re going to be tired
You’re going to lack motivation
You’re going to second guess
You’re going to think you’re not making progress
You’re going to think quitting is the better option
Everybody preaches positivity but realistically everybody even the “most positive” feel negative emotions, so feel the emotions but never stop. I promise you quitting isn’t the answer. You’re going to have to put in hard work, lose sleep, prioritize yourself over things you enjoy (drinking, going out, friends & other hobbies), practice mind over matter & discipline.
There is many days I wake up at 6am and want to go back to bed instead of going to the gym, look in the mirror and have body dysmorphia and don’t want to show my body, I think about saying fuck it to my healthy eating and just binge but you need to be disciplined enough that you’re able to push past these feelings and get your shit done.
It’s okay and normal to not be “perfect” or “positive” all the time, don’t let people fool you.

We can all sit here and have the victim mentality. Why me? Poor me. Of course this would happen to me.
Let’s get fucking real here, nobody feels bad for you. We’ve all been through shit and you’re not any more special than the next. What makes you special is how you take your unfortunate circumstances and become greater than the struggle.
I used to always play victim. Why have I been in abusive relationships? Why did I fall into substance abuse? Why was I sexually assaulted? Why can’t I live the life of others?
If we sit here an dissect every little thing that inconvenienced our life or hurt us you’d realize who you are now is all because of what you’ve been through. You can take it and be untouchable or you can let it absolutely break you. Stop using everything as an excuse as to why you can’t do something or why you are the way you are.
This is my life and I will do everything in my power to not be a victim of the circumstances I can or can’t control because shit will always happen. Tunnel vision is stronger than its ever been and I will not let anything or anyone get in my fucking way.
