Now we all know that abs are made in the kitchen and if you didn't know that, well you do now.
We all have abs, they are just hidden behind layers of fat.
In order to see your abs, you need to be eating less (calorie deficit).
However, exercising your core muscles is crucial in maintaining balance, support, and stability.
Having weak core muscles can lead to poor posture, lower back pain and muscle injuries.
Strong core muscles are important for everyone, since they are used all day, every day.
Here is a quick and effective core workout for you to do 2-3 times a week.
If you experience any pain, stop, and if the pain persists then see a doctor.
If you are new to working your core (or to exercise in general), then you might feel some discomfort and some difficulty, but stick with it, it will get easier.
The key to performing core moves correctly is to tilt your hips, so you always have a flat back and not straining your neck or looking up/down (keeping your chin off of your chest or in a neutral position).
Any questions, please ask we are here for you.
