Is Veganism really healthy? Certainly not when you’re eating fake meat! Fake meat is ultra processed, it’s full of additives and preservatives, contains inflammatory oils, it’s high in salt and processed oils. This type of food can do more harm than good, and it’s not necessarily helpful to the environment either.
There’s an easy way to see whether food is edible - just let your food rot. If the bacteria and mould will eat the food, then it’s edible (when it was fresh). If the bacteria won’t touch it, then you shouldn’t either!!
If you are choosing to eat a plant-based meal, choose REAL plant proteins such as organic tofu, tempeh, beans and pulses.
