It’s so important to understand what season you’re in when it comes to your health and fitness goals.
We need to remember our environment, our mental health, our personal life all play a massive factor into what our fitness/ physique goals should be.
Knowing when it’s perfectly okay to be in a happy, eating, celebrating, maintenance face.
Knowing when it’s appropriate for you to be in a more strict, calorie deficit fat loss phase.
Knowing when all you NEED and all you may be capable of at this moment is just to wake up - find a way out of bed, and get SOME sort of movement in!
ALL of these phases are amazing. All of them are WINS, and all of them are going to happen within our journey.
Your journey is just that… your own.
There is no right or wrong. Whatever phase you’re in, it needs to be most important that you’re happy and healthy.
The rest will come in time.

A journey from logic to intuition.. ✨
Es ist Zeit für einen Neuanfang. Von dem Moment an, an dem dieses Foto letztes Jahr im März auf Gran Canaria von meiner besten Freundin @doc_verenagarcia gemacht wurde, ist viel Zeit vergangen.
Nun sitze ich hier - lasse die letzten Monate Revue passieren und realisiere langsam, dass ein neuer Abschnitt begonnen hat. Ein Abschnitt, bei dem ich mich dafür bereit mache mich und das was ich tu authentisch zu zeigen.
Ich bin bereits Schritte auf diesem Weg gegangen, doch ich hielt sie bisher klein und wollte nicht sichtbar sein. Zu groß die Angst vor Ablehnung, mangelndem Verständnis oder Verwirrung. Doch ich spüre, wie wichtig es für mich ist, mich entfalten zu können - meinem Herzen zu vertrauen und dieses Leben in all seiner Breite und Tiefe zu leben. 🌈
Am Dienstag starte ich eine weitere Ausbildung - psychologische Astrologie bei meiner liebsten @sandrabaggeler.academy ❤️
Ich bin glücklich, dankbar und voller Vorfreude mir dieses Wissen anzueignen und damit ein Eingangstor zu schaffen. Ein Eingangstor für Menschen, die sich zu meinem Mentoring hingezogen fühlen, aber einen roten Faden benötigen. Ein Eingangstor dafür sich besser zu verstehen. Ein Eingangstor sich selbst zu entdecken. 💯
Es wird sich alles sortieren und ich mache es in meinem eigenen Flow. Zu lange habe ich mich unter Druck gesetzt. „Ich kann nur etwas teilen, wenn ich wöchentlich 3x poste..“ davon möchte ich mich befreien. Ich nehme dich intuitiv mit. Mal werde ich teilen und mal nicht. Und das ist okay!
Ich freue mich, euch mitzunehmen und Stück für Stück zu zeigen, wohin der Weg gehen soll.. denn auch ich hüpfe von einem Stein auf den nächsten - im Herzen steht’s die große Vision..
