As I emerge from my snuggle bubble this week, I thought it might be nice to share:

💛 Acknowledging you are human makes you a better human. You can’t outsmart that.
💛 Turning yourself OFF every now and then will help you feel more recharged. You know how technology can get a little broken and stop working sometimes? And then you turn it off, and then back on again, and it works? Yeah that. Do that. 😉
💛Sleep is absolutely miraculous! Sleep is an old fashioned medicine in a modern day world that makes almost ANYTHING feel better.
💛You gotta stay hydrated and you gotta eat your veggies 🥦
💛Treats make life sweeter. Last week I didn’t always want veggies. I wanted pineapple crush frujus 😆🍍
💛You need fresh air, love and sunshine to bloom.
💛Connecting with a friend or someone you adore will always lift your spirits. So connect. Send out a few “I love you” texts to your favourite people and watch what happens. 😍♥️
💛Movement produces myokines, known by scientists as “hope molecules”. As long as the movement is something you choose, for YOUR body, movement will make you feel stronger, happier, hopeful and less stressed! 🧘♀️
💛Smiling makes you feel happier. So smile. Just because. If you need some inspiration, think of something you are so grateful for in your life, you feel like your heart might burst. That’ll do it. Marinade in that feeling for a while.
💛Patting, kissing, cuddling and snuggling a pup, fur baby or beloved human will skyrocket your feel good hormone, oxytocin 🐾. And that will give you the warm and fuzzies.
💛Taking your time makes your time more valuable. Life is too precious and too magic. There is no time to rush.
Why would we do these things?
Because it feels good to feel good, that’s why. 😉
