THE STORY 🖤.
I felt like I took a trip down Memory Lane when visiting the Painted Ladies.
Growing up watching "Full House" on TV as a kid, I never noticed the entrance theme song homes until I realized the show was set in San Francisco, California.
It never hit me until I was actually there.
I spent a good two hours just walking around Alamo Square which is from where I took this picture.
It was full of folks just frolicking on the grass with their blankets and picnic baskets just basking in the glorious weather.
It took me forever to find an angle free of people in my frame and when I finally landed on this diagonal shot, I had to have it.
The @canonusa RF 70-200 f/2.8 was a challenge to use as my lone lens I brought to the trip but at 70mm from this spot worked perfectly.
I was able to capture these Victorian-style homes in their full splendor with the Sun starting to fade behind me.
I knew this was the shot of the afternoon so as soon as I got back home to Puerto Rico, threw it into @lightroom and went to town.
Loved how contrasty I made the homes feel as opposed to the cityscape in the background with the moody sky.
Definitely one of my favorite bangers from the trip.
Have you ever been to the Bay Area? If so, tag me in your pictures. I'd love to see!
