Yep, organ meats🥩! I’m talking liver, heart, kidney, suet, and everything in between.
However, organ meats can have quite the interesting taste if not prepared properly👀... but I feel like I’ve really nailed down making organ meats taste good - beyond just slathering them in bacon fat or something like that.
🔥In this video, I walk you through my process of a long sous vide (water bath), followed by dredging in egg and some type of gluten-free flour, then frying in butter on a cast-iron skillet.

Twice a week, for noticeable strength and muscle gains, I now fight a “giant robot” for about 15 minutes👊🏼.

But this also applies to just about anything with addictive potential, such as caffeine, nicotine, kratom, nootropics, smart drugs, natural sleep aids, exercise or even food.
I don't know about you, but I'd rather experience life with my senses fully on board, and not feel as though I need some kind of exogenous substance as a crutch to get through life👀.
