Optimizing your circadian rhythm can positively impact multiple aspects of your life, including your appetite control, libido, focus, productivity, mood, hormone balance, fat loss, fitness recovery time and much more. In this video, I share a few quick tips on keeping your circadian rhythm in check, including: 👉🏼 Getting as much sunlight as you can early in the day 👉🏼 Light aerobic fasted movement in the morning (especially if your goal is weight loss) 👉🏼 Avoiding strenuous workouts (or heavy meals) in the 2-3 hours before bedtime 👉🏼 Limiting your exposure to artificial light after the sun sets 👉🏼 Keeping the body quite cool at night What do you think?
