When I first started working out, I was 10 and wanted to look like Beyoncé (lololol). Right before becoming a personal trainer I trained mainly for aesthetics, the big booty and flat belly, chuuu know. Now, I train to feel good and PERFORM WELL, feeling strong is such a confidence booster!! If you have a hard time getting/staying motivated to workout, just remember that training for LIFE is all you need to keep pushing 🙌🏽✨
