There was a time way before I started training, when I wouldn’t workout out of frustration and it pushed me farther and farther away from my goals.
The frustration came from not knowing what I should do, or exactly how to do it. There were times while at the gym halfway through my workout I’d lose motivation, get frustrated and leave right then. Putting my goals off for another day (maybe in a week or three). 😫😫😫
When it came down to it I just needed information & guidance. Yes, I studied and read but what made the biggest difference was asking questions. Once I knew why certain exercises worked and for what, it inspired me to get my movements perfect, which kept me in the gym!
Slowly but surely I start to hit my stride and the rest was history. I love the body I’m in. I love showing it off! But if I had given up at those frustration points I wouldn’t be here today.
DONT GIVE UP! AND ASK QUESTIONS until you feel confident to walk in that gym and rule!

Bc I’ve worked on my traumas, insecurities and ego.
And I continue to do so every day.
Triggered by something?
Stop. Close your eyes.
Ask yourself
“why did I get triggered?”
“what does that say about me?”
“What insecurity or trauma ‘could’ it be caused by?”
Do that for 5 minutes.
Dig deep. You’ll realise it’s an automatic reaction to something.
If you’re true to yourself, you’ll find some gold.
Next time it won’t trigger you, and you’ll laugh at how you’ve grown.
I have this practice every morning.
It’s amazing how much crap you can let go of after a week, let alone a whole year!
