Triggered by something?
Stop. Close your eyes.
Ask yourself
“why did I get triggered?”
“what does that say about me?”
“What insecurity or trauma ‘could’ it be caused by?”
Do that for 5 minutes.
Dig deep. You’ll realise it’s an automatic reaction to something.
If you’re true to yourself, you’ll find some gold.
Next time it won’t trigger you, and you’ll laugh at how you’ve grown.
I have this practice every morning.
It’s amazing how much crap you can let go of after a week, let alone a whole year!
