⚡️ From each training session, to each training week, to each training block and beyond everything you do in powerlifting should be thoughtfully planned out in advance. If you want to provide yourself the best opportunity possible to be successful long-term then you need to make a plan (or hire a coach to help you make plan) and stick with it the best that you can. Having a plan doesn't mean things won't change and the plan adapt at times. A plan can and should be flexible enough to account for the many obstacles we will undoubtedly face along the way. But the goal remains the same: get as strong as possible for as long as possible. If that's your goal, and it should be, then winging it probably ain't gonna cut it. DM on Instagram at
