我由疫情開始先接觸瑜伽
正在成為我其中一款最愛嘅mental tool🧘🏽♀️
瑜珈一直幫助我
喺練水之後 成個人散晒/
練水前 成個人未在狀態/
頭腦混亂 每秒諗10樣嘢/
所有嘅呢啲時候
將我嘅心神平靜
我形容為
用肢體語言 將我心靈重新放置回到身體裏嘅感覺
因為我喺呢個過程
重新感受到身體每一個部份
feeling connected.
feeling grounded.
令下一次嘅訓練 又更有效率 更好一點
另一樣我鍾愛瑜珈嘅原因
係老師嘅聲音導航
