Why the scale doesn’t matter... GUESS WHAT⁉️ Both pictures are the exact. same. weight. So many of you feel so discouraged when you don’t see the scale drop after you’ve been doing so well with your healthy habits. Trust me, me too. But what you don’t realize is there’s so many altering things going on inside your body while it’s burning fat. Your water, stress, hormones, muscle building, etc all changes your scale. Both of these pictures are the beginning of my macro journey➡️now, 1.5 years difference. I had already lost 60+ lbs before starting the miserable way. The scale is the exact same in both pictures. Yet my body fat % is much lower and I have much more muscle. Isn’t crazy how the body works?! Don’t starve yourself to drop the scale. Don’t think you have to cut all carbs and run miles everyday. Make sure you’re feeding your body what it needs to properly function. Focus on you. Your health. How you feel. That’s what matters! Now go enjoy that cookie, cause trust me..
