Bad habits are hard to break and good
ones are hard to maintain. Here's a quick trick to help you establish those healthy habits
HABIT STACKING.
Habit stacking is the practice of pairing a new habit that you want to incorporate into your life with a habit you already do daily.
Here is how you do it..
Pair drinking a glass of water with getting out of bed in the morning,
If you drink coffee in the morning, commit to journaling for 5 minutes while you sip your coffee.
You might make yourself a drink at night. That's the perfect time to get a little 10 minute stretch in before bed.
Maybe right before you take your morning shower, do 30 push ups.
These are all small examples of ways you can stack new habits with habits you've already formed throughout your week.
Before you know it, the new habits will become old ones and you'll be able to pair another round with those you've already established!
The possibilities are endless.
