"There's nothing quite like the feeling of shooting skateboarding on film. There's a certain feeling when you hear the camera start rolling that puts you in this zone where you and the skater know you have to make every take count. We shot this over a couple of cold winter days, which when paired with the grain of film and the gritty backdrop of New York, makes for an almost melancholic feel that's pretty hard to beat.
