"'In Tandem' combines a performance by @thuslovemusic with a campy narrative imagining the band as masked tourists in their hometown of Brattleboro, VT. We wanted the narrative thread to feel like a home movie, so DP @darylpittman shot on S8mm film, while the establishing and performance sections are on 16mm film. Eventually the masked characters find abandoned instruments in a parking lot and play the remainder of the song, thereby becoming the band.” ⠀ Director and editor @erinvassilopoulos on working with DP @darylpittman and @thuslovemusic for their new music video IN TANDEM out today, shot on 500T Super 8 and 16mm.
