@mowalola is making Burglarwear happen
After a three-year runway break, the Nigerian-born, London-based designer is back with her Paris Fashion Week debut.
Marking her first move after leaving Yeezy Gap, Mowalola Ogunlesi took to Paris' Élysée Montmartre performing arts theatre. The show, styled by @lottavolkova, leant into the Y2K aesthetic, from low-rise trousers to ultra mini skirts and a tank top that would make Regina George jealous.
Referencing thieves, face masks and hoods, the collection had a dystopian feel.
What else made its debut on the Paris runway? The Mowalola x New Balance sneaker collaboration.
