Here are a few points that I have learned about this deep journey through self-transformation from @biohackingcongress. It all goes down to simplifying each level of existence into:

We - Group Consciousness - (human connections & environment)
Be - Supra Consciousness - (back to your true essence)
When I started this journey it began with taking charge of my physical and mental body. Then I start realizing that if I want to make the true impact I also have to work out all my past, present, and future relationships, and then it led me into the environment. If we don't take charge of what is inside of us but also outside we will continue giving power away. When all of this started to get more balanced I kept on going deeper and deeper which led me to the true purpose and why are we here.
These are the baseline teachings of how to be generally awesome which we teach in our workshops and retreats!
