Training, doing hard things, being uncomfortable, practicing, hitting a plateau, trying to figure it out on the go, feeling exhausted…..it’s part of the journey.
A month ago, I started training for a half marathon. I planned out my 18 week training plan and started the running 🏃♀️ Every week the miles increased, the intensity did too. After 2 weeks of training, my calf’s tensed up and I had to miss a few runs. I rested, massaged out the knots and was back out on the road a week later. I learned my lesson - never forget to take care of my body before and after my run.
Running a business is like training for a marathon. It’s a tough journey. If you don’t take care of it, it will just become one big ball of a mess. If you plan, set goals, train, take care of those possible knots that can form - you will see the beautiful results of your journey unfold.
