Garlic naan stuffed with veggie haggis, peppered jackfruit and cheese.
For the jackfruit I rinsed and drained it before adding to a bowl with vegan beef stock cube, liquid seasoning, salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder. I then banged it in the oven for about 20 minutes.
While the jackfruit was cooking I made my peppercorn sauce by combining cream, cracked black pepper and half a vegan beef stock cube. I let this all simmer together until the cream started to thicken.
Once the jackfruit was cooked I added it to the sauce along with a generous helping of cooked veggie haggis.
For the naan I mixed together half a cup of self rising flour and a quarter cup of yogurt. I mixed this together in a bowl before rolling it out and placing it on a medium to high heated pan.
I placed the cooked naan down and spread some garlic butter on top before layering on the pepper sauce, haggis and jackfruit. Before banging it back in the oven I spread good handful of cheese on top.
