Some of the youngest employees are already feeling pressured, exhausted and showing signs of a burnout – even in the earliest stages of their careers.
A number of recent surveys have shown that Gen Z and millennial workers are the most likely to experience this stress, citing money, increased screen time and pressures of working late as some key issues.
“It’s hard to log off... I’m worried that I’m going to get another message telling me that I have to do something by tomorrow morning," said one worker.
