We are completely blown away by the success of our Young Entrepreneurs programme. This was our first time delivering this programme and partnering with @foundersfactory. During this intensive 4 week course, we covered: business plans, business models, goal setting, limiting beliefs, OKRs, product launch, project/product management, public speaking, pitching, marketing, networking, start up life, idea validation and so much more. Every single young person concluded the programme by delivering their pitch in front of a room of 50+ people including entrepreneurs and investors. It was one of the most challenging activities a young founder would ever have to do. Well done to this amazing cohort! Extra special thank you to all of the entrepreneurs and guests who came along to support last night. ✨ Thanks to @manoj.varsani @izboscawen @usehammock for making this possible. Week 2 is off to a great start! We’ve already progressed on to ‘Idea Execution’ and ‘product management’… it’s challenging stuff but our young entrepreneurs are already coming up with excellent strategy and ideas 💡 @foundersfactory We also had an inspiring talk from @usehammock’s CEO Manoj who taught us that you’re never too young to achieve your dreams as long as the idea is right and there’s a space in the market 👏🏽

We are proud to present a virtual 'Insight Into: Data, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and Tech’ event, delivered to Shadow To Shine’s youth network. The webinar will provide young people who are interested in learning more about the data, AI, ML and tech industry with some first-hand knowledge and experience of it. Attendees will learn about the inner workings of a reputable AI agency and hear from a whole host of agency roles therein, courtesy of Kubrick’s highly skilled and friendly team.

Yesterday we welcomed 15 new young people to Shadow To Shine. We took our session online due to strike action but that didn’t take away from a great session. We spoke about limiting beliefs & dreaming big with our business ideas. This cohort are the first cohort to join our brand new Young Entrepreneurs programme in partnership with @foundersfactory! In this group of young people we have a vast range of business ideas across fashion, tech, recruitment, pets, catering, Web 3.0 and production! We’re so excited to spend 4-weeks with this cohort for an intensive crash course in entrepreneurship, business management and being a new founder! Future sessions will be held at the Founders Factory HQ so keep your eyes peeled for updates as we progress.
