Yesterday, President Biden's plan to relieve student debt was announced. It is estimated that "90% of relief will go to people earning less than $75,000 and that roughly 20 million borrowers could have their debt completely canceled."
Student debt relief is part of our Resolution to End Poverty in Maryland.
We're asking individuals, organizations, and elected officials/candidates to add their names, calling on the #Maryland General Assembly to enact a Resolution to End Poverty in our state.

The top tier says, "All student loan borrowers: Payments paused until December 31, 2022." The second tier says, "Student Loan Borrowers making less than: $125,000 for an individual or $250,000 for a household." The third tier is split in two, with "Pell Grant Borrowers: Up to $20,000 of debt relief and No application process — automatic" on the left and "All other borrowers: Up to $10,000 and Application process — not automatic."
