I’ve been traveling a ton lately with little to no equipment! It’s hard to stay on track but here are some of my favorite core series from classes lately that you can do anywhere! I’m using my @garmin Venu 2 Plus watch to time everything! Do y’all wear watches!? I’ve never been a watch girl but I haven’t taken this one off since I received it. My favorite features include: the sleep tracker (let’s you see how many REM, deep, & light hours you get + the quality of your sleep) the battery life, & the hands free talking/syncing to your phone.
Repeat each exercise for 30 seconds on the clock & switch sides. Repeat 2-3 times for an extra challenge ❤️🔥
About the watch: y’all the battery life! I’ve had this on the entire time in Montana & it still has 40% battery! It lasts up to 10 days without charge. The sleep stats each morning are so beneficial & I’m currently observing when I have my best sleep paired with my nighttime routine.
