How do you stay fit while full-timing? We have a smattering of kettlebells and other items that are easily transportable and can be used anywhere. We move daily in a variety of ways. We lift, walk, hike, bike, or some combo of this every day. But most importantly is our food. We eat real food, mostly unprocessed and cook 99% of our meals at home. We have a video on this on our YouTube channel if youre interested. Its titled Full-Time RV Fitness published in June 2021.
