A Note From Dr. Rebecca Hopkins:
Hey Beauty professionals! Let's do a posture reset! I mean who doesn’t need that? I know being a beauty professional is tough on the body. You might be holding positions for prolonged periods of time and /or doing repetitive movements throughout your day. I wanted to share some exercises you can do if you need a little reset from any prolonged position you are in.
Exercises:
1️⃣Foam Roller Overhead raises
2️⃣Variation #2
3️⃣Foam roller pec stretch
Perform each exercise 10-12x and 2-3 sets or hold each position for 30 seconds and repeat 2-3 sets. You can perform these daily or whenever you feel like you need a reset.
