Another Bridget PUPDATE! Can you believe how far this girl has come?! Thanks to all of YOU, we’ve raised over $5,200 and Bridget’s amputation surgery has now been scheduled for May 2nd 🎉 It’s still going to be a long journey ahead for this sweet angel babe. If you’re able, please consider donating to help us reach our goal of covering all of Bridget’s medical expenses — link in bio ❤️🩹 Every small donation has a huge impact!
Bridget came to be paralyzed as a street dog when a store owner tried to kill her when she was begging for food. Bridget’s rescue @goodworld.shelter writes, “This beautiful girl loves basking in the sun! Bridget is slowly getting her spunk back. She’s gaining weight, sunbathing, eating well and even getting in some play time.
Her wounds from all the dragging around pavements are healing. She’s now so much more comfortable in her skin. The daily bandage changes continue, along with antibiotics, IV fluid therapy, and supplements.
Her blood will be rechecked two days before surgery to make sure all is in good form to go under anesthesia. More updates to come!”
If you’re unable to donate at this time, sharing Bridget’s story with your family and friends will help bring us closer to our goal #togetherwecan THANK YOU for all your love and support! We couldn’t help these dogs without each and every one of you ♥️
