In the discovery call, I always notify my clients that before we can begin our web design phase, they must submit their website copy and professional photos if they have them prior to the kick-off date. I always let them know how important it is to get professional copywriting and a brand photoshoot done as they all complement each other in creating a consistent brand and website that will start attracting and converting for you. But in certain cases that they do not have any, I do provide a content guide with prompts and extend assistance in curating stock photos if necessary. Website strategy will be part of the package that we do in house so that is one thing off your list.
