Day One-Came to the beach to try to reset. Quarantine has dealt us some blows, and the sound of the sea is perfect. However, I would NOT recommend walking barefoot in the beach in 39 degree weather! Summer habits should be left at the door. Our toes are still throbbing. Tomorrow-socks and tennis shoes!

This moment-thank you America! My double exposure was accidental but felt like it caught the new reality. In a strange way, the pandemic meant that the celebration tonight was for all of us.
