Shrimp Boil -
Ingredients:
4 quarts water
2 lemons, halved
1/2 cup MinkDog Hampton Boil
1 large onion, cut into wedges
1 whole garlic, halved
1 tsp dried thyme
1 lb petite red potatoes
3 ears corn, snapped in half
16 oz andouille sausage, sliced
1 lb shrimp, deveined and peeled
2 TB butter, melted
Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions:
Heat water in large pot over med-high heat
Squeeze in lemon juice and add the squeezed lemon halves
Stir in Hampton Boil, onion, garlic and thyme
Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer
Add potatoes and cook until just about tender, 10 minutes
Add corn and sausage, cook another 10 minutes
Stir in shrimp and cook about 2 minutes, until opaque
Serve drizzled with butter topped with fresh parsley and sprinkled Hampton Boil

Baked to perfection at 450° in a home oven, they could easily be done on the grill. The key to the crispy texture is to dry and coat them in flour and baking powder and keep them in the fridge for 2 hours before you add your spices.

MAPLE GLAZED BRUSSELS!!
Ingredients:
Brussel sprouts
@minkdogblends maple syrup
@minkdogblends fennel pepper
@minkdogblends sea salt
Olive oil
Instructions:
1. Slice your Brussels sprouts
2. Bake at 375 for 15 min
3. Take out of oven and drizzle with 2 tbsp maple syrup
4. Put back in oven and bake again at 375 for 20 more min
