20lbs heavier in 2022. 🤷🏻‍♀️ It could be worst right?? I’ve not just gained weight, I gained the knowledge of learning my body and knowing what’s best for it in the moment. Before my focus was drop weight. Yes it’s still drop weight but more importantly be healthy, and strong. I will continue to be on this weight loss journey of mine.
