Never underestimate the power of kinetic tape! It's legit keeping me together and mobile right now. Sending the biggest thanks and shout out to @angela_inspiringhealth and her amazing physiotherapy treatment center and staff at the @townphysio and their partners at @rivervalleyhealthsolutions . Three weeks ago I was involved in a motor vehicle accident and sustained a small laundry list of upper body injuries. Angela and her physio team, as well as the River Valley Health Solutions massage and chiropractic staff have been absolutely amazing in helping to speed up and ease my road to recovery. I also absolutely love that I can receive all my treatment (physio, massage and chiropractic care) all in one convenient beautiful location. They'll all have me back to the weight room soon, but for now I'll stick to my 2 lb limit lol small gains are still gains. Examples include fluoxetine, citalopram, duloxetine, mirtazipine and other SSRI/SNRIs. You are more prone to overheating as well. Get your vitamin D, but take precautions. Wear a hat. Stay hydrated. Break out the SPF and take cool off breaks once an hour.
