Do you like cold noodles? 🍜 😋 . Here I got some yummy food from this Ukrainian-Korean fusion place 😛 named... 📍At Your Mother-In-Laws (but still known as Eddie's Fancy Food on Google 😅) . Let me introduce the food : 🤤 -> Kuksu Cold Noodles 🍜 : cold beef noodle soup with pickled cucumber and cabbage, shredded egg, tomatoes and decorated with sesame seeds.. (they forgot the sesame seeds... 🙃) and then optionally topped with this pepper flakes mix 🌶 -> Hanum 🥔 : steamed potato pie in layers and topped with housemade special tomato sauce 😋 . . The cold noodles really hit the spot! This noodle soup can also come in hot for times when it's cold outside but the temperature really does affect the taste of the soup and noodles 😀. When it's cold, it more refreshing with the pickled toppings compared to when it's hot.
