β100g Flavored Water
β6g Potato Starch
β1 Tsp. Food Color*
β10 Gelatine Sheets**
βTaste Neutral Oil

β200g Flavored Water
β6g Potato Starch
β1 Tsp. Food Color*
β0,5 Tsp. Sweetener
β10 Gelatine Sheets**
βTaste Neutral Oil

β*can be omitted
β**can be substituted with approx. 2,5 Tbsp. Gelatine Powder.

βFill a bowl with water and soak the gelatine for approx. 10 minutes.
β
βAdd the remaining ingredients to a saucepan, bring to a boil, remove from the heat source and leave to cool slightly.
β
βRemove the gelatine from the cold water, making sure to drain all excess water before dissolving it in the previously prepared warm liquid.
β
βPour the liquid into molds, greased with some neutral oil or ice cube bags and put them in the fridge for minimum 4 hours.
