Ingredients: - Omakase Berries by Oishii - Fresh Basil - Fresh Mozzarella (balls or 1 inch cubes) - Balsamic Reduction How to make them: Slice the stems off of your fresh Omakase Berries. Take wooden skewers (any size) and begin by sliding a piece of mozzarella onto the skewer. Next add a piece of fresh basil, and then an Omakase Berry. Repeat until your skewer is full. Drizzle your balsamic over, serve fresh with a glass of De Soi’s Champignon Dreams, and enjoy! 🥂
