In Indian Ayurvedic medicine, black cardamom has been used in formulations to treat lung conditions. Delving into the scientific basis behind this practice, NUS researchers from @NUS.FOS, @NUSMedicine and @NUS.CDE.SG found evidence that black cardamom is cytotoxic to lung cancer cells.
