Hey! My name is Joey and I’m a Senior transfer in Mechanical Engineering, a member of the wheels subteam, and a competition driver for Bruin Formula Racing. Bruin Formula Racing has allowed me to get deeply involved in campus life, develop practical skills, and connect with peers across all ranges along the path of higher education. As a transfer student, Bruin Formula Racing has validated my community college experience by providing multiple points to compare my understanding and experience to those who started at UCLA as freshmen.
