cheers to 8 years 🌹🥂
so grateful to have you as my best friend in life.
if you’re lucky enough to know Ry, well you’re lucky.
🌜to my better half...I love you Ry🤍#tothemoonandback ♾
This guy ROCKS👆🏽😝💪🏽 @therock
NEW @projectrock out now! (link in bio)
.
I am so honored to have been a part of this drop.
Dwayne represents nothing but excellence. His hard work and dedication to everything he does, down to the smallest detail, is inspiring.
He has built a platform and a brand for the #hardestworkersintheroom that gives people the opportunity to put on a Project Rock uniform, do the work, and have a fresh start everyday.
Everyone has their own story, it’s what you do with what you have that speaks volumes. And that’s what makes him and this brand so special. He works to be his best self every day. Something I try to emulate both him and @lindseyvonn
.
Lindsey has done an incredible job with the women’s side of Project Rock. She was always the hardest worker in the room and continues to inspire everyone around her to show up and get it done. To work and sweat it out alongside her, @therock , and @gymhooky was an absolute honor.
That’s what Project Rock is all about. A community that comes together to do the work, better yourself, and be a role model to those around you.
.
I am so grateful to the entire team behind this shoot, it was incredible to work with all of you.

For as long as I can remember I have dreamt of the feeling of standing in an Olympic start gate. Here I am, living my dream.
The Olympics were a big question mark for me due to my injuries as you know. I came into these Olympics despite everything with a lot of hopes and dreams and expectations of myself.
I didn’t know what to expect out of my ankle and everything else that I’ve been through these past 6 months. But I am so proud to say I am leaving my first Olympics with zero regrets!
I could have fixed a bunch of things about my Olympic runs.. but I don’t feel that cloud over me. I just feel happiness. Bliss. Gratefulness. Pride.
Because in the end it’s not about just me and what I could fix and pick apart each day.
It’s about who you are as a human, a competitor, and teammate. I am so proud of all of my teammates for going out there and trying their absolute best. Regardless of how everyone feels about their Olympic journey, just remember your 6 year-old self.. picture that person and how freaking PROUD they are of you! You did it!
Thank you to everyone for cheering me and @teamusa on.
Landed back in Europe and I’m so excited to be back here for the rest of the @fisalpine races.
I am so grateful for those 5 rings.
6 year-old Bella is one happy girl to see her dreams become the biggest moments of her life.
Thank you for dreaming big, little Bella. 🐞
