This is probably the MOST common thing I see in new clients. You try SO hard to gain weight. You chug protein shakes and eat "big" meals. But these big meals are actually just big in meat. Because everyone likes to focus on protein when trying to gain weight. But high protein often means high satiety. If you're full, you can't eat more calories. Focus on carbs and fats, along with moderate protein and fiber, and watch the scale go up! 💪🏼
