Communities Never Demand For More and Bigger Jails. Foundations, Developers and Politicians do. Everytime they built a new Jail in Chinatown they've built them bigger. Never smaller. Everytime they build a new one, it's supposedly the "best one ever". And Everytime people in these jails suffer, and evertime our community suffers.
