As a child what I knew of Chinese cooking was our beloved local (biggup Shangki-Li), mum’s rice cooker and tales of chicken feet when my Dad and Step-mum would visit Hong Kong. Growing up (and largely thanks to @ojtdop who cooks a mean mapo, and tbh the whole Robbins' fam) I learnt more deeply about the nuances, the beauty, and the endless bundles of flavours Chinese culture has to offer. Was so fun to capture some of the many delectable dishes on the @pearldragonrestaurant menu in all their radiant glory. The last still is of Paul the fish who brought back memories of pressing my face against the tank when we’d go collect on Friday nights.
