QBP Highlights. The Garrison Sergeant Major, put the Irish Guards through its paces during rehearsals for the Queen's Birthday Parade on Horse guards Parade Square this week. The traditional Parade to mark The Queen's official birthday, usually held on the second Saturday in June, will bring together over 1,400 parading soldiers, 200 horses, and 400 musicians.
