My little outdoor pizza oven is broken, but I’ll never mind a hot kitchen if it means we can cook up this one- Pizza with Chèvre, Smudged Figs, Balsamic and Chili Pepper. I always make sure to char the edges a bit and finish it with a pinch of flaky sea salt, a drizzle of good olive oil and fresh basil and or arugula.
