Let’s talk about levels. Having 2 assistants has definitely challenged me to teach them how to see levels and tonality the same way I do. I love having visuals like this to be able to go back and show them. . Both models here share the same MID tone 07nb 08gi 09aa shades eq gloss from @redken (crown and nape zone 1 up to two) . The photo on the right the perimeter was left out and toned with a level 9 for a brighter pop.
