Raw Cacao and Coconut Superfood Bar
Ingredients
1/2 cup cacao powder
1/2 cup coconut oil
1/2 cup almond butter
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup shredded coconut
1/4 cup raspberries
1/4 cup toasted slivered almonds
In a saucepan on medium heat, melt down the coconut oil, maple, cacao powder and almond butter. Keep stirring until it is smooth and chocolatey.
Prepare a baking tray with baking paper and sprinkle the shredded coconut, almonds and raspberries.
Pour the chocolate mixture over the top. Allow it to set in the fridge and cut to size how you prefer to eat it
