A pleasure to be in the Swiss 🇨🇭city of Lugano, discussing with some of our distinguished international partners how best to rebuild Ukraine as a modern democratic state that has very clearly chosen its path towards Europe. International coordination has never been so important: Russia’s aggression against a neighbouring sovereign state has overturned the world’s delicate geopolitical balance. Ukraine’s immediate needs are clear, while massive: to keep the country running on a daily basis while it battles against the invader. For longer-term reconstruction, it is a little different. And it will be a truly international effort to make it work – many parties will be involved. #URC2022 #Ukraine 🇺🇦
