🔸Hope, joy, positivity, compassion, empathy these are emotions that are Sattvic and the most desirable .
As humans these are actually emotions that our truest selves seek. The energy of these emotions is light, airy & free flowing

This tendency to gravitate towards negatives is not set in stone, it's a quality that we can change.

🔸 Second is to set a firm resolve to change this pattern
